Table Top Sale

P6 raised an impressive £60 for SCIAF with a whole school bring and buy sale. Thank you for all who contributed and bought item. Every penny raised for SCIAF is then doubled by the government.

Dylan might be the next candidate for The Apprentice. He sold everything!

Ava the banker!

Emily the DJ!

P6 say a very big thank you.

Making Waves

Inspired by the Japanese artist Hokusai, P6 have been applying techniques used by the artist in depicting waves. Have a look at our progress so far.

Hot board!

P6 have been applying reciprocal reading strategies to different texts about Natural Disasters using the fantastic new Hot Board found in the library. It's a perfect tool to use when highlighting key language and it's also great for evaluating work. It even helps us use less paper which ties in well with our Eco code. We will keep any evidence of work in photos and post them on the blog.

P6 Retreat

We are in St Paul's with Father Frank on our P6 retreat. We are learning to reflect on the scriptures, to listen, to pray and to renew our faith through following the word of God.

The symbols of fishing, nets and fish are helping us understand how to be fishers of men and to follow Christ.
